The immediate past president of the Port Isabel Rotary Club presented Rotary's "Business of the Year" award to Pirate's Landing.
Outgoing President Ralph Ayers congratulates incoming President Tom Plumb with the passing of the presidential horseshoe at the annual meeting of the Port Isabel Rotary Club on June 30.
