Ralph Ayers, outgoing President of the Port Isabel Rotary Club, bestowed his Rotarian of the Year award on Bill Foster, Club Tresurer. Before moving to Laguna Vista, Foster was a Rotarian in Oklahoma. He has been a Rotarian since 1969.
Foster has been the Club Treasurer for the past two years and according to Ayers, "was an invaluable mentor during my term as President...he told me where all the bodies were buried and what I should do as President. He was my answer man."
